People with Facebook access have full control; people with task access have limited roles. If the Page belongs to a business portfolio, also check Business settings. You can only see the list if you already have access to the Page. Step by step 1. Switch to the Page On Facebook, switch from your personal profile to the Page profile from the profile picture menu. You need access to the Page for this. 2. Open Page access Open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Page access. Older layouts call it Page roles. The list shows who has Facebook access and who has task access. 3. Check the business portfolio Go to business.facebook.com, open Business settings, then Accounts and Pages.
